Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs have become the fad all across our country. They are also big business, raking in annual revenue in the 10s of billions of dollars. Corporations across the nation, both big and small, are being pressured by the ultra-liberal left to hire diversity trainers and consultants and introduce large scale DEI programs within their companies so they can be viewed by consumers as responsible corporate citizens.
In this very interesting interview by John Stossel (one of my heroes!), we find out that most of these expensive DEI programs are actually responsible for causing division, and, as a result, less diversity and inclusion. These are the same types of divisive programs that are being operated in our school district, and we must put an end to them!
